This website is intended to satisfy the requirement under the CCR Rule (section 257.107) to maintain a publicly accessible internet site (CCR website) containing the information specified in that section. The CCR Rule regulates historic areas of CCR disposal and management under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Subtitle D. The Rule contains various compliance requirements, including groundwater monitoring, reporting, record keeping, and posting related information to a company-operated CCR compliance website. The Rule also establishes requirements related to legacy CCR management, impoundments, landfills, and storage. The required information will be posted when it is available.
