Pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 358.7(f)(2), Basin Electric is required to post any transfer of a Transmission Function Employee to a position as a Marketing Function Employee or any transfer of a Marketing Function Employee to a position as a Transmission Function Employee.

Effective February 5, 2025, the following transfer of a Marketing Function Employee to a position within the Transmission Rates division (Non-Transmission Function Employees), which is part of the Transmission department containing Transmission Function Employees:

Jen Feigitsch, an Energy Market Analyst III, within the Energy Markets department (Marketing Function) accepted a position as a Senior Tariff Administrator within the Transmission Rates division (Non-Transmission Function) effective February 5, 2025.
