1. Basin Electric Power Cooperative Transmission Reassignment Tariff No. 1

The Transmission Reassignment Tariff is a non-facility-specific document. Any purchased transmission remarketed by Basin Electric Power Cooperative-marketing division would be governed by this Reassignment Tariff. This Transmission Reassignment Tariff outlines:

• Availability and character of service
• Resale of transmission rights
• General terms and conditions

2. Basin Electric Service Agreement for the Reassignment of Transmission Rights

The Service Agreement for the Reassignment of Transmission Rights is a non-facility-specific enabling agreement between Basin Electric and the customer. The Service Agreement for the Reassignment of Transmission Rights also binds the parties to the provisions of the Transmission Reassignment Tariff and any executed Confirmation Sheet for Transactions. This Service Agreement outlines:

• Services to be provided
• Terms and conditions for transactions
• Billing and payments
• Adequate assurance and credit worthiness
• General provisions

3. Confirmation Sheet for Stegall HVDC Facility Transactions

The Confirmation Sheet for Stegall HVDC Facility Transactions confirms reservations of the Stegall HVDC Facility. Execution of the Confirmation Sheet also obligates the customer to comply with the provisions of the Operational Procedures for Resale Customer Use of the Stegall HVDC Facility. This Confirmation Sheet outlines:

• Purchasing and reselling entities
• Nature and firmness of the transaction
• The minimum purchase/minimum schedule
• Reasons for curtailment or interruption of service
• Priority of curtailment
• Direction of flow
• Capacity purchased
• Time period
• Pricing for on-peak transmission reservations
• Other terms and conditions of service

4. Operational Procedures for Resale Customer Use of the Stegall HVDC Facility

The operational procedures for resale customer use of the Stegall HVDC Facility outline the process to reserve transmission and to schedule the Stegall HVDC Facility. Information includes:

• Pricing method
• Procedures to reserve transmission
• Scheduling
• Tagging
• Losses
• Interruption/curtailment
• Minimum limitations of Stegall
• Addresses and phone numbers
